The Posting Instructions form is a document created by Think Research that captures all of the necessary information required to upload documents to the TxConnect Library. The form can be found here, and also on the Resource Page (LINK). We recommend that a blank copy of this form is stored in an easily accessible location for use with all future Order Set requests.
Purpose of Posting Instructions
Sending Posting Instructions with your approved order sets ensures that the Think Research team may accurately upload your documents to your TxConnect library in a timely manner.
When should Posting Instructions be submitted?
Complete and attach the Posting Instructions form with the final version of approved order sets to when completing the Submit a Clinical Ticket form. The clinical team at Think Research will conduct a quality assurance check before uploading the set to your TxConnect library or EntryPoint.

What are department categories?
The Department/Health System is the clinical unit/department that is most pertinent for the order set. The department is selected from a pre-set list that can be found in the Resource Page (LINK)
How many keywords can I include when posting for EntryPoint/TxConnect?
We suggest using an abbreviation (CHF) or a short phrase (Congestive Heart Failure) that is not already included in the Order Set title. Please note that commas are not supported by the keyword search function.
