You should make a new ticket when you have a new request for a document that currently have an ticket/request. To make updates to an open ticket, simply reply in the email thread and/or ticket number that was provided for the original request.
For example: if you want to change the dosage for a medication on the CHF Order Set, simply submit your request. If you find that you also meant to include a request to change the revision code, simply reply to the email that you received from Think Research indicating your ticket number. Please do not send a new request.
