The “Mark as Error” feature was implemented to discard any Order Set containing errors. This functionality can only be enabled by the owner of the document. This feature can be found in either the “Archive Documents” section or directly from a patient’s timeline (refer to screenshots below) by selecting “Mark as Error”.
Archive: Mark as Error Button
Patient Timeline: Mark as Error Button
When the “Mark as Error” feature is selected, the user will see one of three validation messages:
- Will ask the user to confirm if they wish to proceed.
- Will warn the user that a task for the associated Order Set has been completed in LiveQ, and it is their responsibility to communicate to all the appropriate parties.
- Will warn the user that another user is working on a task for the order set, and they are recommended to contact the appropriate user.
Once an Order Set has been marked as error, the corresponding state will change from submitted to “Error”. Similarly, in the timeline view the status will change to “Error”. All order sets marked as error will appear with an “ERROR - DO NOT TAKE ACTION” watermark.
Once an Order Set has been marked as an error, no additional changes can be made to it. However, you can still reorder that order set. Reordering allows you to view what was previously ordered and make changes, if needed.
Important: Only your own documents can be marked as an error.
