You can set an out of office on VirtualCare so that your patients can know when you’ll be unavailable for a Virtual Visit.
1. In the top right-hand corner, click your name, and select Account Settings.
2. Beside Out of Office, click Change.
3. Enter the Start date and the End date of your temporary out of office. You can also enter an
Away Message that your patients will see if they try to book a Virtual Visit on the specified
Note: The Away Message section has a maximum of 250 characters, so try and be brief.
4. When complete, click Set out of office.
