You can set an out of office on VirtualCare so that your patients can know when you’ll be unavailable for a Virtual Visit. When an out of office is set, your patients will not be able to request a visit with you during the specified dates.
1. In the top right-hand corner, click your name, then Availability.
2. Beside Out of Office, click Change.
3. Enter the Start date and the End date of your temporary out of office. You can also enter an Away Message that your patients will see if they try to book a Virtual Visit on the specified dates.
Note: The Away Message section has a maximum of 250 characters.
4. When complete, click Set out of office.
