Once an appointment has been completed, you have the ability to add notes to the visit’s details that can be reviewed by your patient or client.
1. Click Visits.
2. Locate and click the appointment you’d like to add notes to.
3. Under For the patient, enter anything you’d like the patient to see in the Appointment summary/ plan box. When complete, click Submit to Patient. Once you do, your patient will be able to review what you have shared in their visit’s details.
Note: Once submitted, this cannot be deleted.
