VirtualCare will notify you when you have received a Virtual Visit request, when a Virtual Visit’s status has changed, and when there is a new chat message. You can review these notifications by clicking the bell icon next to your name at the top. When a new notification is present, the bell icon will highlight red.
Click the bell icon to view your new notifications. They will be highlighted green in the list
Note: Click Mark All as Read to clear the green highlights of the new notifications. The notifications will continue to display in the list.
Note: Currently, there is no option to disable these in-application notifications.
