You can send batch invites to patients by uploading a CSV file with patient information.
1. In the top right-hand corner, click your name, then Account Settings.
2. Click Batch Invite.
3. Click Add attachment to add a CSV file containing the patient information.
4. Click Upload CSV.
The system will parse the CSV file and sent batch invitations to the patients with information correctly entered. If there were any columns with missing information in the CSV file, then an error report will be generated. These error reports will display below.
Note: For guardian-dependent relationships, only the guardian email should be included in the list. If the dependent has an associated email and is first in the list, the email will be associated with that user and the system will not permit the guardian user to be uploaded at all.
