You can send batch VirtualCare invites to a large number of patients at once by uploading a CSV file with specific patient information.
Note: Make sure to have your CSV file ready before proceeding. The CSV file attached below outlines the format. The format must be correct in order for the batch invites to be sent.
1. In the top right-hand corner, click your name, then click Account Settings.
2. Click Batch Invite.
3. Click Add attachment to add your CSV file containing the patient information.
4. Click Upload CSV.
The system will parse the CSV file and send batch invitations to the patients with information correctly entered. If there were any columns with missing information in the CSV file, then an error report will be generated. These error reports will display below.
Note: For guardian-dependent relationships, only the guardian email should be included in the list. If the dependent has an associated email and is first in the list, the email will be associated with that user and the system will not permit the guardian user to be uploaded at all.
