As an administrator you have the ability to decline incoming Virtual Visit requests.
1. Click Visits.
2. Locate the appointment you’d like to decline. Click the request.
3. Click Decline.
4. A Decline appointment? window will display. Select the appropriate option from the list.
Note: If you select Other reason, you may have to enter in a reason.
5. When complete, click Yes, decline.
The patient will then be sent an email letting them know the request has been declined. The visit will then display the following:
