Once a Virtual Visit request has been assigned to a provider, you have the ability to reassign it to another clinical user.
Note: A Virtual Visit can only be reassigned if it has a status of Requested or In Review. If a Visit is In Progress, it cannot be reassigned.
1. Click Visits.
2. Locate the Virtual Visit you’d like to reassign. Click the patient.
3. Click the pencil icon next to the current provider’s name.
4. The Change MRP screen will display. In the list, locate and select the new provider.
Once selected, the provider will be highlighted.
5. When ready, click Confirm.
The new MRP and the patient will both receive notification emails letting them know the MRP has changed.
