This article is for first time users who need to generate a password or for reoccurring users who forgot their password
NOTE: Upon request please ensure that the proper email and username is provided to Think Research Technical Services in advance. The user email address and username must exist in the database to allow for this to process to work as expected. Both the username and email address can be confirmed back to the client as throughout this process the user will not receive any indication as to what their existing username is.
1. Go to Client Site URL
2. Select Forgot your password
3. Input email that was provided to Think Research
4. You will be prompted:
5. Next, you will receive an e-mail notification where you will select Change my password and input new password
Following these steps, you will now be able to access EntryPoint.
NOTE: If the email does not exist in our database you will receive this message that indicates the email is not associated with any EntryPoint account.
