How to update the visit status

For ease of use, you have the ability to update a visit’s status through the visit’s details page.

  1. Click Visits.
  2. Locate your visit in the list. 
  3. At the top of the screen, click the visit status dropdown. Select the status you’d like to change the visit to.

 

Note: You may only change a status for a visit that is assigned to yourself. If it is not assigned to you, you will not be able to change the status. 

If you are attempting to complete or cancel a visit, a confirmation message will display.

Note: When a status is changed by a provider from a patient-initiated visit, then the patient will have the option to Accept or Deny the visit.
