How to update the visit status
For ease of use, you have the ability to update a visit’s status through the visit’s details page.
- Click Visits.
- Locate your visit in the list.
- At the top of the screen, click the visit status dropdown. Select the status you’d like to change the visit to.
Note: You may only change a status for a visit that is assigned to yourself. If it is not assigned to you, you will not be able to change the status.
If you are attempting to complete or cancel a visit, a confirmation message will display.
Note: When a status is changed by a provider from a patient-initiated visit, then the patient will have the option to Accept or Deny the visit.
