Clinical users: How to filter and review virtual visit requests
Once your patient has verified their VirtualCare account, they may request a Virtual Visit with you. Your Virtual Visits display in the Visits list. To access your visits, click the Visits tab.
You can sort the Visits list by Date requested, or Patient surname (A-Z). To do so, click the Sort by drop-down in the top right-hand corner.
You can search your list of visits by patient name using the search box in the top left corner.
Additionally, you are able to filter your visits by Action required, Status, Requested by, and Scheduling by clicking the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the screen. You can also click Reset to clear all your selected filters.

Triage expected | A Virtual Visit has been requested and must be carried out. |
Triage overdue | A Virtual Visit has been requested and a response is overdue |
Billing outstanding | A Virtual Visit that requires a billing code to be added. |

Requested | An appointment that has been requested by the patient but has not been reviewed by you or an administrator. |
Being reviewed | Virtual Visit requests that are currently being reviewed by an administrator. They display all the Virtual Visit information, including when the request was sent and when a response is required by. |
Booked | Virtual Visits that are currently taking place. |
Complete | Virtual Visits that has been completed. Will display the date and time the appointment was requested. |
Cancelled | Virtual Visits that has been cancelled by the patient. Will display the date and time the appointment was requested. |
Declined | Virtual Visits that has been declined by you or the administrator. Will display the date and time the appointment was requested. |
Requested by | |
Clinic | Filter Virtual Visits requested by a clinic. |
Patient/ Guardian | Filter Virtual Visits requested by the patient. |
Scheduling | |
No date or time | At the time of Virtual Visit request, the provider selected No date or time. No date and time has been set yet. |
To be scheduled | At the time of Virtual Visit request, the provider selected Set a date and time later. No date and time has been set yet. |
Scheduled | At the time of Virtual Visit request, a date and time was set. |
