Clinical users: How to send batch patient invites

You can send a large amount of VirtualCare invites to patients by uploading a CSV file to the app with patient information.

Note: Please follow CSV format in attached file below. You must complete the CSV file before starting the upload.

1. In the top right-hand corner, click your name, then Account Settings.

2. Click Batch Invite.

3. Click Add attachment to add a CSV file containing the patient information.

4. Click Upload CSV.

The system will parse the CSV file and send batch invitations to the patients with information correctly entered.

Note: If there were any columns with missing information in the CSV file, then an error report will be generated. These error reports will display below.
