Patients/clients: How to manage your personal information

When you signed up for VirtualCare, you provided your provider with your name, birth date, health card number, and other information. Once confirmed, you have the ability to modify this personal information.

1. Click your name in the top right-hand corner, then click Account Settings.

2. Beside Personal Information, click Change.

3. Make the changes where appropriate.

4. When complete, click Save changes. The updates will reflect in the fields and the Save changes button will change to Saved.

5. Click Close to close the edit window.
