Patients/clients: How to review a visit summary

Once you have completed an appointment, you can return to your Visits page and review the details, including any notes that may have been provided.

1. Click Visits > Archived.

2. Locate and click the appointment you’d like to review.

Your post-visit information will display.

As a patient, you’ll be able to review any notes your provider might have left for you. You can also review your chat history, including any attachments or links they might have sent to you. You can also review your prescriptions.

As a provider, you’ll be able to review and update any notes or files you’ve left for your patient.
