Patients/clients: How to set your preferred pharmacy

You have the ability to add your preferred pharmacy to VirtualCare. Providers will be able to send prescriptions via fax to the specified pharmacy.

1. In the top right-hand corner, click your name, then Preferred Pharmacy.


2. In the pharmacy field, begin typing the name of the Pharmacy you’d like to add to your profile. The drop-down will display pharmacy matches.

3. Click the pharmacy you’d like to add. It will display under Pharmacy with the address and phone number.


Note: To delete your preferred pharmacy from your profile, click the trashcan icon beside the pharmacy. From here, you can manually re-add a new pharmacy in the Pharmacy field.
