VirtualCare user roles
There are three VirtualCare user roles: Provider, administrator, and patient. A provider user is usually a doctor or medical professional and can carry out appointments. An administrator user can manage a provider’s visits but cannot have appointments. Finally, a patient user is the general public who will be using VirtualCare for doctors appointments.
Note: Your clinic may or may not have an administrator account.
